SPIN Dream Sheet

The transition plan is the section of the IEP that outlines the goals and services for transition based on needs, strengths, skills, and interests discussed during the meetings. The ARD committee, along with the student and their family, comes to a shared vision written into the IEP through the course of study. Goals can be in vocational training, postsecondary education, employment, and/or independent living.
